Refund policy

RETURNS
All fine art giclée print sales are final and non-refundable.

Skate decks and apparel have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@stephfmorris.com. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your refund typically within 48 hours. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.

All returns that are shipped back, following our return and exchange terms and conditions, will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges, customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees are not refundable.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or a different item, we advise you to return the item(s) you wish to not keep and place a new order with the desired item(s) again. For the return, please send us an email. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
