Refund policy

EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at hello@stephfmorris.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received your notification, you will have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to original artworks that are clearly personalised or one-of-a-kind pieces, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Non-EU Customers
All sales are final and non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
