Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched as soon as they are ready, and we always aim to ship within the expected delivery timeframe - or sooner. If for any reason this isn’t possible, we will notify you right away. 

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for delays caused by payment authorisation or stock availability.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, or for lost or stolen packages.

We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Royal Mail.

TAXES AND DUTIES

As of January 1st, 2021, there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping price at the checkout when shipping to countries outside the UK. Steph Morris Studio is not responsible for any customs fees or charges which are levied at the point of delivery. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
